  • 1. What types of vehicles do you have?

    We have a large variety of vehicles including Luxury Sedans, Luxury SUVs, Sprinters, stretch limos, and Mini-Buses.



  • 2. Do you offer Meet and Greet service?

    Yes we do! We offer this service at both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports at different rates. This service allows the chauffeur to meet the passenger inside at baggage claim with a sign with their name on it. For an international flight, the chauffeur would meet just outside of the customs exit.

  • 3. How do I Set up a reservation?

  • 4. Where do we meet our driver at Airport? Driver will meet you at the pre-arranged limo pick up area.

    1. DFW Airport Pre-Arranged Area located at outside on second floor. Since DFW airport have 5 different terminal driver will check your arrival gate information and will meet you at the closest gate possible. There are chances that driver wont be able to park the car at limo pick up area because there are very few spots available but driver will contact you if he is circling around.

    Note: Driver are not allow to pick up/drop off from Taxi stand or shuttle stand. If you have any trouble finding your driver please contact office 972-533-0122


    2. DAL Airport Pre-Arranged limo required to pick up passengers in the lower roadway ground transportation designated area. There are chances that driver wont be able to park the car at limo pick up area because there are very few spots available but driver will contact you if he is circling around or waiting for you at waiting lot.

  • 5. What do we provide?

    Our Dallas limo rentals come with complimentary ice, bottled water, champagne flutes, glassware, cups, and napkins. They do also have panels for complete control of music and lighting, please bring your AUX/USB cable to play any music.

  • 6. What is standard for gratuity?

    Industry standard is usually 15%-20% Gratuity is at your discretion. However, it is customary to tip your chauffeur at least 15% of your total reservation when you receive excellent service.

  • 7. What are your hours of operation?

    We are available on the road, in the office, and online 24/7. You can contact us anytime to make a reservation or to speak with one of our representatives.

  • 8. Do you provide vehicles that are wheelchair accessible?

    Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available upon request.

  • 9. Are your chauffeurs drug tested and background checked?

    All our regulated chauffeurs are drug tested upon hire and randomly tested as well. We also pull annual motor vehicle records. We have a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances.
